Laugh out loud all you want to, but the majority of us do not need another OJ (or Blake) jury to tell ud what to think. I have read the indictment, I am not so stupid as to believe the druggie unemployed cousin Michael Vick laid the blame on for Bad NEWZ Kennels has the money to finance this type of operation.

As others have pointed out here, this is a Federal case, and it is my understanding that they don't play around. They wouldn't want to jeopardize their 95% conviction rate, if they didn't think they had enough evidence, they wouldn't go after the scumbag--

But oh, wait, maybe Michael and druggie cousin were framed, like the cousin says--yep, in an interview earlier in the investigation he eludes to the fact that the feds PLANTED the dogs there, he doesn't know where those dogs came from. Now seems to me a better time for your LOL....

See the interview for yourself, it's hilarious. But...I have to admit I began to feel al ittle sorry for this guy-- I mean, I don't even think he has been charged for the abuse of these animals, it was Michael Vick and three other individuals. He's been thrown under the bus, and he's afraid to tell what he knows because he knows it would be very dangerous to get these 'kind' of people after you-- I don't know it for a fact, but I have heard and read that he is pretty much singing NOW, but he must have been promised witness protection---

Vick is absolutely guilty, however until he has his day in court, he is assumed innocent. My opinion is however since he was indicted by a grand jury which means there was a good deal of evidence there, that the NFL has every right to suspend him and should do so, especially since he has not told the commissioner the truth about this issue.

Yes I do think he's guilty, the evidence is there. He doesn't realize that he's about to get made an example of. Some people are tired of professional athletes getting special treatment when they break the law. What he did was dangerous, stupid, and cruel and he deserves some jail time. I'm not saying throw the book, but he needs to be punished.

Media has a way of trying a person before they enter a court room. Even if the case were thrown out, he's still guilty in the eyes of almost everyone.

The evident is overwhelmingly against him 18 pages of indictment, the Feds. know something that we don't to get 18 pages it incredible. So overwhelmingly that's he's guilty before the court of law in public opinions. But let's not jump the gun and say he's guilty let the justice system takes it course. Remember the Dukes La Cross players, not guilty until the justice system said so, ( Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton please stick your A.S.S out of this one don't get involve like boycott the NFL office LOL) It's look like he's guilty in my opinion but let's wait till the justice system takes it course.

Of course everyone deserves a fair trial... but for the horrendous things that Vick has done to those poor dogs, I hope and pray he is found guilty.

According to the masses, yes.
According to the justice system, no.
Granted the evidence is stacked against Vick big time. But, he has a right to due process just like everyone else.

To Iceman: You can make the same f*cked up comment about Robert Blake too. He, like OJ, was ACQUITTED of murdering his wife too. But, Blake gets a free pass right?!!

Honestly, I'm torn on it...it's easy to just proclaim him guilty but maybe it's too easy, too. My gut says he's guilty but my gut hasn't seen all the evidence, heard testimony, etc. I think people are always ready to believe the worst of pro athletes and that's part of why people are rushing to judgement
