In Bleach:
Orihime goes to Hueco Mundo
Ichigo learns how to use hollow form
Rukia almost dies fighting somone using the face of Kaien Dono
Ishida loses his powers but then ragains them and goes to help find Orihime
Ichigo dies fighting Ulqiuiora but is brought back to life by Orihime to fight Grimmjow who is a hollow that got stronger by eating other hollows
Naruto Shippuden:
Sakura gets strength equal to Tsunade
Naruto learns a stronger rasengan
Sasuke kills Orochimaru
Kabuto integrates Orochimaru into his body
Sasuke forms a group to find Itachi consisting a sugetsu, Karin, n some weird guy
Karin likes sasuke but he belongs w/ sakura ;)
Sasuek almost dies fighting Deidara
Deidara dies
Gaara dies but is brought back to life but loses his jinchuriki
The leader of akatski or w/e is going after naruto's kyuubi himself

Ichigo's new suit is influenced from his hollow abilities so yes, it may be so he still has a hollow counter-part. He does have bankai, check new chapters. Tensa Zangetsu did change although we haven't seen his physical form yet. Bleach is in it's final arc so don't miss out! I dont watch the anime for Naruto, all I can tell you is that in the new manga, Naruto has COMPLETE control and friendship with nine-tails, making him stronger than all tailed beasts combined, see new chapters.

Itachi may go blind.
Sasuke almost dies fighting Deidara.Naruto turns into a four tailed fox to fight orochimaru but couldnt control it.
Naruto learns a new rasanga.Kakashi knows how to use the new sharidan Itachi knows hoe to do[remember when itachi made that black fire, thats wat im talking about.]

Asuma dies.
Itachi thinks Deidara killed Sasuke so he is depressed about.
The Akatsuki leader is not the 4th but some guy names Pein.
Naruto and Sakura get a new member to replace saskue names Sai
Sai looks alot like Sasuke for some strange reason.
Sasuke forms a group to fight Itachi.
Gaara dies but is brought bak to life but doesnt have the demon in him nomore.

Naruto:
Sasuke kills Orochimaru
Haku really WAS a girl!! (jk)
Sasuke kills Deidara (well, actually Deidara kills himself while they're fighting with this uber explosion attack)
Sakura doesn't suck (lol)
Tobi died in that explosion
The Akatsuki leader is NOT the fourth hokage, nor is he any other character that has been introduced in the series.
No one has become a couple as of yet.
Itachi's sharingan is making him go blind
Naruto makes this amazing attack by manipulating the shape of the Rasengan (or something like that) and it's this wind shuriken...thing...but when he uses it it like...destroys his body.

ichigos dad is a captain
orihime gets kidnapped by aizen
ishada gets a really cool spiderweb like bow
and naruto make a huge rasengan called odama rasengan

Basically, Ichigo will become a half-hallow half-shinigami. To controll this power of his, the vaizard trained him. Orihime got jealous of rukia when she made ichigo back to himself ( he became depress when he got beaten up by the arrancar)
Eventually, rukia would gain her shinigami powers again then she got got beaten up by grimjow then ichigo witness the whole inccident, he got depress again...
Orihime will join forces with aizen.... She will confess her love to ichigo but i thibk ichigo was sleeping...

Chad achieves a power similar to Bankai.
Rukia is dead.
