I just found out we are having a girl. We decided her middle name would be Isabelle and the last name is Giron. Hiron is how you pronounce it. We are not having any luck with first names. Please help.

This is a toughie as it really comes down to a matter of taste. I personally like either Emily Isabelle, Olivia Isabelle or Cassandra Isabelle. Try calling the baby the name you initially choose several times over, you'll quickly get a feel for if it's right or not. Remember, even if you haven't decided when she's born you have a little over a week to name her after she's arrived. I found the following site helpful. Congratulations and good luck.
