My husband and i have been happily married 16 yrs and have a decent and satisfying sex life..He is 42 and can last 15 to 20 minutes during actual intercourse and its very satisfying..Is that amount of time average for a guy his age?

Well johan his sex drive has increased in the past 7-8 months before that for yrs and yrs it seemed lower then mine and lower then i have read and heard about other men's sex drive

Johan, a man's sex drive does not fade with age. As we get older we learn how to control it. 15-20 minutes is good, for any age, especially if there is good foreplay.

Why do you worry about how long he can last if your sex life is decent and satisfying??
Remember a mans sex drive fades with his age. Rather worry about keeping the romance in your marriage, that is the most important thing to do.
Once you succeed on the romance front you could lead a very satisfying sex life till you are 80!!

I'm a 42 year old male. I think it's normal. I've found that as a get older, I am less sensitive. Honestly, if it wasn't for physical exhaustion, I could go all night now. When I was younger, I would erupt in a lot less time.

Sex should be a daily thing, sometimes two,three.
Average is what is normal FOR HIM.
15 to 20 after performing good oral is normal.

I was dating a 40 year old and he can sure go a whole lot longer that someone 10 years younger than him.
15 - 20 minutues, that sounds about right.

im seeing a guy who is 43 and thats about what he does. i would think its normal as long as you both are getting satisfied.
