breathe.
dont worry. it happens. im sure you wont be able to write for a few weeks or months. its normal. you just need the inspiration or time to think things much more throughly. dont stress over it. just let it come and keep thinking about new things to write or to make your characters go through.
if you really cant think of ANYTHING at all then there is no shame or harm asking someone you completely trust to read what you have so far and then let them give you some ideas.
im studying to be a writer and when i cant find inspiration or anything at all i always turn to my best friend. He helps so much to get my writting motor started.

hope i helped. Good luck!!

The best way to get through writer's block is to write. Even if it's complete crap, write whatever you can think of. Don't go back and edit it, just get it down and out of the way. As you go along, things will start to come to you and all the sudden you'll have a pretty good idea of where to go with the rest of the story and how to get to the end.

Write down your ideas and then outline what you have written. This will help seperate your thoughts so you can add to and take away from until your story works for you...........

just start writing. it's ok if you ramble (you can edit parts out that you don't want later) but the key is to just write, write, and write
