I want to buy this pair of cute brass earrings, but my ears have only been pierced for less than two months and all I've tried wearing so far are silver. Has anyone tried wearing brass earrings, and if so did you have any kind of irritation/allergic reaction? Or are brass earrings a no-no for everyone?

I've tried wearing fake silver bracelets before and it has irritated my skin, so I might be more sensitive than most people.

It would more then likely cause infection or irritation to your ears since you just got them piecred.

Since you've just gotten your ears pierced recently & had an allergic reaction to imitation silver jewelry, don't wear the brass earrings.

I have a pair of brass earrings that I've worn only for short periods of time but my ears have been pierced for years. Wait until your piercings have been healed for 8-12 months before you try anything you're not sure of.

BTW, here's a link to a site that sells hypo-allergenic jewelry. I've had a pair of earrings from them & had no problems. http://simplywhispers.com/
