i dont like having legendaries on my team but yur team is good 8/10 level up a littlemore groudon and teach him brick break, hope it helps ;)
p.s. why didnt you put the movesets? that would make it easier to rate!!

1/10 first off i dont like uber pokemon in teams
giratina is a great pokemon and is pretty much undefeatable unless u use another legendary ie darkrai or dialga or palkia
dialga same as giratina
palkia same as dialga
glacieon a flamethrower from a flareon
charizard a thunderbolt from a jolteon
groudon a lvl100 vaporeon shood do the trick with surf

id have to say 8.5/10 cause of the lvls. of course u dont have action replay so its hard to get the lvls up. if u did have them at say lvl 100 for all of them it would be a 12/10
