Does the ??? Plate in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Exist?

No, that plate doesn't exist although it is in the game's coding according to www.serebii.net . I believe although it is my opinon that that partiocular plate will be given out at the event that gives away arceus. Thats just my idea I have no source for it so it might be completely wrong. Anyway good luck!
