yesterday on the internet i saw an attorney that would charg $499.00 for vacating guardinship of a minor.?

my Mother has guardenship of my son July 7th she over-dosed on her medication in frount of him, she was took to the Mouston hospital & was meda-vac to the University of Wisconsin, she survided and I want the guardenship vacated.

Wouldn't calling a local atty make more sense?

Go to Family Court and it won't cost you anything there and bring your proof.
