in the environment?''why if you notice that when dry hot asphalt in the daytime sprinkle it w/ water you can see the vapor smokin but its the oxigen and hydrogen was release i wonder if all the oxigen and hydro were release in a hot day instead of watering plants early, why not late when its hot and from the ocean connect or dug a connection and let it flow inland through the dry empty deserts this will help the sun to evaporate the h20 and release the O2 and H in the Dryland to form a cloud this section of land is hot because the sun cant get anything much of water and if there's is a passing gray clouds it's a potential to rain i remember 2 decades ago i heard news some airforce drop a cargo of salt in the clouds to rain to cool the land what more can a country w/ a capability in air or land can do it"instead of using their plane for test flight only they can carry the toppings to season the gray potential clouds to rain you can be a rainmaker is that cool'' YAP

It sounds as though you put some thought into the fact that global warming is a real problem. The tsunami effects create a cooling agent naturally. If you check the atmosphere for the where the tsunami hits you wil see it has hit in areas close to the equator where it is the hottest. Florida, then the Orleans then Texas. A straight line to cool the hottest areas naturally. This planet has its own answers so I believe that we need to address global warming in a more educated manner and begin to build aquariums of plant life in significant places for atmosphere changes. The desert would be a good place to try to begin as Florida and other global place.

The effecto of evaporating seawater on a desert would cause a cooling effect. However, the amount of energy required to GET the water to the desert would be more deleterious to the environment than the cooling effect would be good to it.

Also, there is a lot of evaporation already in the sea, so simply moving the water to land wouldn't have much overall effect.

Finally, all life in the desert would be killed by the salt in the water.

What you see when water is sprinkled on a hot surface is water vapor not oxygen and hydrogen. As for your other points, not clear what you are trying to get across.
