yes just ignore them or just say no and log off for a couple of minutes and go to a diffrent world,if he has you on friends list then add him to ignore list.

What runescape player hasn't had to deal with beggers? Their a constant neusance. I get people just running up and trying to trade me. Then when I don't they say " Free stuff plz ". Its sooo annoying. I used to give out poorly cooked kwabami and tell them it was great food. HAHAHA wish I could be there when they poison and kill themselves by eating it.
I'm usually nice to newbs & am happy to help people out by making them stuff if they bring the supplies but I'm not giving out anything ( that isn't toxic ) for free.

Well the kid followed me for hours and I logged off to go feed my cat and when I got back he was still there. So I took him to the wildy and got him killed haha.
