As a British Jew, I am well aware that anti-semitic attacks in Britain are on the rise and mainly due to events in Israel. Many British Jews (much more so than the USA) are either ambivalent to Israel or openly hostile.

Education is the key, but whilst we are still alowing Muslim Imans to preach anti-semitic bile we will get nowhere.

People can't tell the difference between Jewish people & Israel. I don't hate Jewish people & think attacks on anyone are Abhorrent, but I think the state of Israel are abhorrent. As I have said elsewhere though Israel is a Secular & not Jewish government, so people should leave the bigotry out of it.
