4th quadrant.

The Argand plane is a 2 dimensional surface on which to visualize vectors. i is a unit vector in the +ve x-direction also known as the real axis. j is a unit vector in the +ve y direction also known as the imaginary axis.

the first quadrant is where x,y are both positive, then the quadrants are number in counter clockwise fashion

x>0 y>0 quadrant 1
x<0 y>0 quadrant 2
x<0 y<0 quadrant 3 and
x>0 y<0 quadrant 4

Start at (0,0) move 6 to the right and 10 down takes you into 4th quadrant.
