No .YA will cease to exist long before BB questions cease to asked . I mean look at the Pete Rose questions, I'll bet that half the guys asking them weren't even alive when Rose was playing.

Well let's see. He's going to be on here for the rest of this season, for sure. Should he retire, there will be a four and 1/2 year wait, and then he'll be back when the Hall of Fame banter begins.

Hmmm...never!!! Because then in about 10 years AROD will break his record, and he'll be back again.

Well, I'd say at least 15-17 years, anyway.

PS: I hate A-ROD, unless he signs with the Sox this offseason, then I'll love him.

Im thinking about the same time that there aren't anymore Yankees v Red Sox questions. Yes we know Bonds is huge...yes we know Bonds will break the record...yes we know people are mad about it...yes we know this and we know that...I wish not only Yahoo! answers people would quit with it, but also every News organization in the US!!!

That day can't come soon enough. There will always be Bonds questions, but hopefully, once he breaks the record and goes off into retirement, the AMOUNT of questions will decline dramatically.

even in a long time there will still be the occasional question about him though there will likely be a time where no questions are asked about him eventually a question will come up about him like: "does Barry Bonds deserve to be in the HOF?" or something like that because of his skill and controversies and records

I hate to point this out, but you have contributed to the perpetuation of Barry Bonds questions!! = )
No, I really doubt it. Look at how often Babe Ruth is still mentioned. Let's face it, hate him or hate him more, he brings out the passion in people. 100 years from now, the cloud of his career will still be an issue. Alas.

Probably the day that Yahoo! Answers goes down the cyberdrain forever.

you do realize that by asking this question you are adding another question about bonds to yahoo answers, and this type of question is the most annoying of all the barry bonds questions.

My guess would be never. Bonds gets way to much publicity. Even after he dies, he'll still get publicity.
