No, I think not ... as yesterday was the day where you learnt most important things of your life, and for your life; yesterday was the the day of your experience where you also learnt the courage to think and ask protruding questions. But today is the day where you have come to use that what you learnt, to learn a little more, and to have a little more courage as there will also be a day after today, for which this day will be your yesterday.

Some say that in extreme circumstances, the spirit can leave the human body if it has had enough, in which another spirit takes it place, it would certinaly expalin a complete personality change. So yes, you could have been reborn or born yesterday.
