Are these two sides of a right triangle? If so, one angle is arctan(0.4 / 145) and the other angle is 90 minus that angle. If not, then you don't have enough information to solve. You need at least three independent pieces of information to identify a triangle; it could be three sides, two sides and an angle, or two angles and a side.

You have to have either 2 sides and an angle , 3 sides or one side and 2 angles in order to solve a triange problem. You've left one off.
