Have you been to your doctor? You may have a quite simple problem that he can test for and correct. Or, you and your partner may have to have some more in depth testing done. Just call your OB/GYN and explain the situation. He will prob have you in for a consult to discuss your options and avenues. Most importantly...KEEP TRYING!!! You never know when the miracle of fertilization may happen...it could be your month! Good luck!!!

Do your bbt charts indicate you are ovulating? I would make an appointment with your OB/GYN and have he/she review your charts. Also ask them to run routine blood tests to rule out hormone imbalances, etc.. If you aren't ovulating regularly, there are fertility meds, such as Clomid or Femera, that can help you ovulate. They only increase your chances of multiples by about 6%. Also, has your partner had his sperm analyzed? Your doctor can give him a lab slip to get one done. I was ovulating on Clomid for 5 months without success. During my 6th round, my OB sent me to a fertility specialist. He suggested doing an HSG on me to see if there was any blockage in my tubes. He said even if there isn't, sometimes they help women conceive. Fortunately, I conceived that month and didn't need to have it done. The doctor also gave me a web-site for a company their patients use to buy fertility meds. You may find some useful info on the site. It's fertilitylifelines.com. Good luck!

try vitex and/or b6, they help to regulate your cycle. Read the book : taking charge of your fertility. It's very insightful.
