Okay so you're trying to find the slope and first you need to know the equation which is M=Y2- Y1/X2-X1. The -3 and -2 are the Xs and the 2 and -1 are the Ys. Subtract -1-2... which = -3. Then Subtract -2- -3 which is -2+3= 1. Then you'll get -3/1 which is just -3. That's your slope. If you're also trying to find the y- intercept then you can just graph the two points and the point that intercepts on the y- axis is the y- intercept. I hope I was help:)!! Good luck!!!

slope formula is m= Y2-Y1/X2-X1

-1 minus 2 = -3

-2 minus -3 = 1

slope is -3/1 or -3

x1 is the x coordinate in the first equation (-3)
y1 is the y coordinate in the first equation (2)

x2 is the x coordinate in the second equation (-2)
y2 is the y coordinate in the second equation (-1)

m = (-1-2) / (-2+3)
= -3

the first order pair is (x1, y1) and second is (x2, y2)

This arrangement works. If you reverse this setup, it will work.

y₂= - 1

y₁= 2

x₂= - 2

x₁= - 3

- - - - - - - -

Its left up to you. The answer will be the same

slope formula

m = y₂- y₁/ x₂- x₁

Ordered Pair

m = - 1 - 2 / - 2 - (- 3)

m = - 3 / - 2 + 3

m = - 3 / 1

M = - 3

- - - - - -

m = 2 - (- 1 / - 3 - (- 2)

m = 2 + 1 / - 3 + 2

m = 3 / - 1

m = - 3/1

m = - 3
