I use it as a mild exfoliant for my skin. It' makes my face & body feel so smooth. I make a paste of soda and cleanser and gently scrub away the dead skin cells. I also shampoo my hair & then add a handful of soda and massage into my hair. It removes the excess build-up of styling products. Good luck. 2D

There's tons of uses for baking soda I buy 12 lb bags at the wholesale club..

I use it on my carpets to eliminate odors, I sprinkle it on and leave overnight... Vacuum it also picks up loose dirt and smothers flea eggs/larve....If you have pets...

I use 1/3c.-1/2c. in my laundry wash water it helps the detergent work better and it can be used on whites/darks

I put some in a disposable container w/ some holes punched in the top in the fridge/freezer to control odor from foods and it helps to keep flavors of foods fresh..

I do the same for the bathroom, I put a small container behind the toilet to absorb odors and in the linen cabinet where the hamper is....

I use it with my toothpaste to brush my teeth and I mix a bit with my shampoo in the shower... ditto for the dog and her shampoo....

When I had a cat I used it in her litter box

There's more uses I just can't think of anymore... good luck

You can bathe in it to refresh and clean your skin. Baking soda is a mild abrasive, so you can use it to clean light stains and buildup off of surfaces such as counter tops, bathtubs and sinks, and coffee pots and mugs. Also, you can pour some into your toilet bowl to freshen it.

An open container of baking soda in the refrigerator will absorb odors (like onions, etc.).

You can put in a pinch or 2 of baking soda in your spaghetti sauce while cooking it if it is too acidic (strong) tasting. Will make your spaghetti sauce taste just like spaghetti served at a restaurant!!

Scent control in your refrigerator, or freezer. Stain removal out of carpets or other fabrics. Pre-treat for laundry. Really cool science experiments. Great for stomach aches/gas mixed with a little water (Although you will burp for awhile).

Its good for your teeth. After you brush put a mixture of baking soda and water in your mouth and swish it around. It is basic and will fight the acids the bacteria make in your mouth and will prevernt cavities and gum disease.

Have some fun with it.......fill a waterbottle about a third up with baking soda, and the other two thirds with vinegar. Close it and shake it well, then open it on an anthill and watch them scurry. lol
