To get deoxys you have to use an action replay. For arceus you could use an action replay or get the heavens pipe in a mystery event. To get Mew you have to use an action replay. Sorry I couldn't help much. I could give you my own deoxys. It's shiny! My friend code is 5154 9905 5837.

To get Arceus, you need to have used an AR or gone to a Nintendo event (which hasn't occured yet).
For Mew and Deoxys, you also need to have used a code or gone to an event. In any case, you're best asking someone to trade you it and trade back for data, then finding an offer on GTS.
