I find it puzzling to read names such as Addai, Drew and ESPECIALLY Parker and Gore. Parker & Gore were ProBowlers last year. What is wrong with people?

Joseph Addai kinda already had his break out year...I'm not sure you can really count him into this...all that is going to happen is that he will get more yards from not having Dominic Rhodes around, making his numbers better. And Jones-Drew....he wasn't a breakout star LAST year? I'd consider what he did to be exactly that actually, can't have two breakout years...

Reggie Bush - People doubted him at the beginning of the year, going quite a while without a TD. Then after his first TD...he ended up with 8 when he was through. That is 8 with Deuce McAllister doing all of the running work too. Bush will do much better this year. Bush had the speed and the moves last year, and this year he's going to be a little smarter with his cuts...he might be able to rush up the middle this year (although they wont make him much as long as they have Deuce).

Laurence Maroney - Power. That defines how this guy runs the ball, he just doesn't want to stop going forward. He's no longer having to share a huge part of his carries with another back this year, so if he's healthy, he's going to be very dangerous...he reminds me of Marion Barber in Dallas to a degree, only a little faster. If he improves from the experience, this guy will be very impressive.

Brandon Jackson - People doubt what he'll do because he in in Green Bay, but I watch Green Bay every week (I live in Wisconsin and that's what they show here) and let me tell you, the holes they opened up for Ahman Green to run through, those holes are still going to be there. If Green can get 1000 yards, I'm sure a younger guy who also excels in that kind of blocking scheme will be able to get a ton of yards also. I admit, I do question his goal line ability right now, but we haven't seen him play yet, I just have a feeling about him.

Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.

In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.

Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.

In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.

If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

I'll agree with you on Maroney and Addai.

But I still think Jones-Drew will still split carries with Taylor so he'll be about the same and not a star...but I think Marion Barber III from the Cowboys will start and run for a ton of yards and TDs this season.

Brandon Jacobs
Adrian Peterson
Cedric Benson

I don't know if I'd put Jones-Drew or Addai in this category though. They were on a semi-star level last year, they just had to share time.

I agree with Addai, but I think that you are missing probably potentially the best running back in the league Reggie Bush.

I think that as a tandem, Bush and McAlister will set this league on fire. The both of them may run for over 1,500 yards and score as much as 20 td each. They will be just that good.

But as a third back to have a breakout year, I think that the kid with the Packers will have a very surprising year. Not so much for his talent, but for the offense he will be playing in.

Travis Henry is libel to have a huge year behind that Denver line. The Broncos always inflate running back numbers and then trade the RBs to have them self destruct behind mediocre lines...this time they have brought in a decent back and put him behind the best line in football. Should be fun!
