Use the Pokeradar on the route right after the first town. I think it's route 201.
To get the pokeradar, you must have gotten the national dex and go to the pal park and talk to professor Oak.

pokeradar on route 201 but ultra rare so i say trade fro diamond

you can find it on route 201 by using your pokeradar but it´s hard to find. The best way to obtain it is on wi-fi

they're rare in route 201. you have to use pokeradar
