Well for Yahoo Answers users let's go with WTF-LOL or IDK-2Pts, but I once saw a plate that said 8IN-TOL which I deciphered to mean "8 inch tool" and I don't think he mean't a wrench!

When i went to the wing ding they always have an anual car show and one license plate was lit up all around the out side with flashing multi lights and the actual numbers were lit up too! it was awesome!!!
