The democrats would have an all out riot.
They would have hearing, articles of impeachment drawn up on the stop, every major liberal news organization would run non-stop stories about the evils of stealing classified documents (Sandy won't be mention)
You would see every liberal troll here come out of the wood work crying about the evils of the Neocons.

OH I think he should be tried for treason and any contacts he had in the administration should also be put in jail. I am sure that would be the majority of the answer but then we tend to support the many stuffing things down his pants before the 9-11 hearings. Isn't Sandy Berger now even an adviser to the Hilary Clinton campaign!!

Time will tell the clarification in the back of this, yet as quickly as back, you men choose to bash Clinton even while it particularly isn't any longer Clinton himself stealing data. perhaps Berger took data to guard his very own ***? i think of in case you are able to vast deal over some simpke data, then why the Hell are you so prepared to forget an illegimate conflict with 1000's loss of life over Bush's lies? have you ever examine Clarke's e book, against All Enemies? Condi Rice is the guy to blame for 9/11. She missed limitless warnings as did Bush and Cheney.

They would demand that he be hung from the highest yard arm. Then they would demand investigations of the administration wishing to know exactly what it is that they are trying to hide. They would also be right to do so. How many will fall in the trap set here? Or will they finally acknowledge that Berger should have been harshly prosecuted and jailed instead of receiving a $10,000 fine and three-year suspension of his national security clearance. Can anyone say slap on the wrist?
Edit: Wow look at all the thumbs down, guess I struck a nerve with that one. :)

Well the "TRUTH" is that Democrats never admit anything.
-sarcasm-.
I would say that is wrong, and that he didnt means you are making up a false scenario in a partisan attempt to take heat off the current adminstration.
Is THAT what your partisan mind wanted to hear? Not that I really care.
The e-mails that Karl Rove "accidentlay" erased were damning I betch that.
And we are at the end of his second term, thank GOD.

Why should it matter what party someone is?
If a person breaks the law, they should be held accountable under the law. Period.
This concept that party and race and religion matters more than whether someone has obeyed or broken the law is what's slowly (or not so slowly) tearing this country apart.
We can only survive if we have one common set of standards for behavior -- and that is our laws, and our constitution.

documents are in the Executive Branch's domain and accessible during the Administration...Cheney has refused to share them or make them available to Congress
Berger stole and destroyed them after the Clinton Adm. had ended...
Richard Clarke's Notes..directly outlined the probabilities and mode of al'Qaeda's second attack on the WTC..

I would say he needed to be tried, just like Berger should be tried...unfortunately, politicians are above the law, Democrats and Republicans alike. Clinton did a lot of questionable things while in office, and so has Bush.
