I mean which University is not so expensive and has good quality of education

University of Pennsylvania is the best in the city. If you include the suburbs, then Princeton, Swarthmore and Haverford should also be included. Villanova and Bryn Mawr follow them in quality.

None of these schools are cheap in the short run -- but in the long run, these schools will pay off more than cheaper schools.

Temple University is not as good as these schools -- but is a decent university -- and the best public university in Eastern PA. If you want to extend your search to the surrounding areas, then The College of New Jersey is a good public school in Trenton, and Rutgers has a campus in Camden. The Camden campus isn't as good as the main campus -- but it is a Rutgers degree.

UPENN is the best BY FAR (Ivy League, Amazing School), but I know Drexel is a great school too.
