What is the sanctioned of Adultery in the state Virginia?

It cannot be legally -- consensual relations between adults is not subject to govt regulations. The US Supreme Court has already ruled on that issue.
It may be grounds for 'at-fault' divorce, but that is based on the feelings of the party seeking divorce -- not criminal penalties based on the objective conduct of the alleged adulterer.
