I am guessing that you were scammed.

No legit lending company requires a fee upfront to do a loan. There are no legit lending companies that lurk around Yahoo!Answers looking for business. For every legitimate lending companies (there aren't very many) there are probably 1000 scammers.

Legitimate loan companies never (ever) ask for a fee.

I'd also get a free credit report on yourself. These frauds now have your Social Security number and banking information. Be very diligent.
