Or have you ever worn a pair of shoes that crippled you just because they looked good. I have many a time!

I have loads of times, in fact i've got out of a taxi and crawled to my front door, my feet were hurting that much!! Mind you my friend told me to try some softness of suede stick in insoles in my shoes. They worked a treat! I managed all day at Ascot!! a miracle!!!! They are really worth it and they even do animal print, so your shoes look sexy too! Good luck

In my early 20's (Ford was President, if anybody remembers that far back) I was in a wedding. The bride's maids all wore high heels. I had rarely worn high heels. I was tipping over going down the aisle. Several guests thought I'd been drinking or something, and I had even practiced in them for a few days. I made it without falling but from that time on, I have rarely owned high heels let alone worn them. I know they 'look better' than low heels to some people and a lot of guys really like to see women in high heels, but with me, what you see is what you get. And you get low heels.

I have different classes of heels, those I can wear all day no problem, those I can wear for a night out where I'll be on my feet and those I wear when I know I'll be picked up, taken to where I'm going to be staying and spending most of the time either sitting or dancing.

Has anyone else noticed that its easier to dance than walk in killer heels?

By the way my highest are 6'' and make me 6ft 3 and I love it! Don't own a pair of trainers, hate those ballet pumps so its either heels or flip flops!

Comfort all the way. I'd rather be comfortable in a pair of flat ballerina style shoes than worrying about falling over/looking like a pleb/uncomfortableness wearing high heels.

I go by style even if the heels are 300,000 feet high. I once had a mark since the strap was too tight on my foot. It was a pink shoe and the heel was so cool, so i got it and even though it didn't match with anything i had, i still wore it....that's when the pain came.

I'm not gonna walk around in a killer pair of heels, I won't wear them unless they're comfortable! Besides there are some comfortable heels, but otherwise, you'll find me wearing some cute trainers
Besides I'm pretty tall as it is =)

Ummm no I would only go with a 2 1/2 inch heel, nothing bigger then that is worth it. I tried those heals that make me look up to 4 inches taller but I could barely walk the next day.

Yes I have, several times. Those 4 inch heels are killers! Now I go for comfort, forget fashion.

A few years back I would've, but now i'm too busy with 3 children to worry about those sorts of things. If i'm lucky enough to go out, i'd probably endure a bit of pain because I don't get to dress up very often

comfort. you cant beat a comfy pair of shoes. ones you know that are going to last you a long time, ones that dont go out of fashion a day after you have paid £200 for them, and ones that are not gonna sit in the back of your cupboard collecting dust because you have nothing to wear them with!! comfort every time!!
