Select the folder that they are already in, select all the documents that you want to move, then use the copy or move function.
Alternatively, open each document and select save as then select the folder you want to save the documents in.

There are a couple of ways to complete this.
1.) Open the word documents you want to save to this folder and then do a File--Save As and pick the folder and then save the files.
2.) You can open the folder that has the word documents in your My Computer and then move them to the new folder. You would have to open two My Computer windows and then drag the files from your one folder to the other.
Hope this helps.

The easiest way is to open up the new folder so that the window is open on the screen, then open up your my documents folder or where ever your other documents that you want to put into the folder are being kept. Adjust the size of the window so that they can both be open on your screen at the same time. Then click on the icon of the one you want to move and drag it over into your new folder.
You can also open up your documents and select save as and then scroll at the top where it says save in until you find your new folder.

You can do it a number of ways. The easiest is to find the folder you made and drag and drop the files in or cut/copy and paste the files.
Below is a link to the microsoft office training website. They give you free tutorials on how to do all kinds of stuff on the different flavors of office and its individual programs.
Under that link is a link to the page on how to cut/copy and paste in office 2007. Even if you have an earlier version of office the concept is the same the screenshots will be a little different for you depending on wich version you have.
I hope this is what you were looking for.
P.S. Copy and Paste, as well as dragging and dropping, can be used in just about every program out there. It is a very important thing to learn as it is an invaluble time saver.
As a matter of fact I copy and pasted the web address to provide the links for you. Right-Click on any file and you'll see the cut, copy and paste options.

Open "My Documents".
This is where your documents and folders are stored.
Click/highlight on the document you want to move.
Click on File and Folder Tasks.
You now see "Move this file"
Click and a list of files will appear.
Choose the correct path and folder.

I am not sure what you ask:( Hmmm.... I guess that you are asking how you move the files from one folder to the folder that you make directly when you are in Microsoft Word. Am I correct?
In that case, use your mouse to highlight all the files you want to transfer. Then press Ctrl X (hold down the Ctrl button, then press X). Then go to the folder that you make in Word. Then press Ctrl V to transfer the files.

There are 2 strategies to opt for extra effective than one record at a time: A) carry the CTRL key collectively as picking each and each man or woman record. B) Or, if the data are all collectively, opt for one record, then carry the SHIFT key collectively as picking the different. the two data and all those between them could be chosen. 6. Drag and drop the chosen data to the hot itemizing. If the hot itemizing is on an analogous disk, you would be doing a pass (replica to the hot, delete from the previous). If the hot itemizing is on a distinctive disk, you would be doing a quickly replica. 7. Repeat the above till all your data are moved. wish that helps.
