Yes. I actually challenged a Violation Notice and was awarded my points back. I have better luck using the Violation Notice Appeals Board instead of emails to them (see link below).

Nope.
And just for the hell of it, I sent an email for each of the violation notice I received. I numbered them nicely too i.e. COMPLAINT # 1, COMPLAINT # 2 etc.
Grr, Y!A, never mess with a cranky female.

No - VERY frustrating and unfair. How do you know what you've done wrong? How do you state YOUR case? It's automatic condemnation. Whatever happened to the right to face your accuser?

the first time they gave me the points back.
the second time i didn't hear for a couple of months so i sent a reminder and got a generic e-mail. still haven't heard anything on that one.

All I ever got back were form letters. When I protested after they suspended my account (twice) all I got back were different form letters.

They responded, but virtually said nothing... and gave no reason, wouldn't even tell me what the violation was... pretty lame.
