I have heard about splashing or spraying cider vinegar on legs to eliminate spider veins. However, leg aches are usually caused by deep vein problems. I have personally experienced that problem. Had two master vein leg strip operations and over 100 individual varicosed vein tie-offs. I tried wearing special hosiery - they caused their own set of problems and pains. Finally, I discovered Horse Chestnut. It's an inexpensive herb that is supposed to help legs as much as wearing the special hosiery.

That's for me!!! I decided, and have been taking it for a few years now. The pain is gone most of the time. I still try to raise my legs (to level with the heart) every day for at least 20 minutes, to help the circulation and blood return.

I purchase my supply from Swanson's Health Products. 1-800-437-4148

I get the 'Timed-Released' product No.SWH041

Hope this helps; I know how miserable the pain is!

P.S. If your legs and feet burn, let me know. That's a different problem.
