well first of all being her friend would hard because since she is always going somewhere she is probably going to forget you. But if you get a chance to really actually talk to her then you need to have the same things in common. (i.e. If she likes giant bags then you like giant bags you will have things in common.) The more you have in common the more she will probably bond with you. BUT that is only if you actually meet her in person. Another way to meet her is to be friends with her co- stars. Like Emily and Jason. If you get to be friends with them then they will eventually (probably) introduce you to Miley. No offense but what I just said is most likely to not happen but I just hoped that this helped.
If you worked for Disney Channel then I think that you would meet her sometime. Besides all the stars say that they are friends with each other.

You're obviously still very young and to tell you the truth, you shouldn't be worried about that kinda of stuff and I have no idea why you would even want to meet her, the Hannah Montana show is full of young kids who definitely can't act.

I have personally met Miley Cyrus, and friends with her. I have her e-mail, but she told me not to tell anybody.
First off, Hannah Montana of fictional.
Next, if you really want to be miley's friend you need to met her, and be famous.
Last, she probably won't be friends with you because she probably has many people asking her to be her ''friend''.

I can realate! I want the same thing too! I wish the kids at school knew and superted me but no one knows. Anyway I think if you want to be buds then just you know be yourself (in one of her songs:) That's more than enought!
