well, were Babylonians really that decadent? Im sure they would disagree. Just look into the Code of Hammurabi. One of the earliest surviving Law Codes. Its pretty smart as well as strict. There almost no f---n around aloud. Of course the reality is always "a little different", but id say that the modern Britin has to be a little more decadent since there s a drawing towards a more "moral" state.

Britain - moral decay? I think you can look to America for that - mind you the English are like the poodle of the Yanks. We follow wherever they go. So will we go the moral perversion of the fundimetalist Christians.

Well, I've met lots of nice British PEOPLE. However, in many Latin countries, Britain has been known for ages as the political whore of Europe (especially after WWII).

Nothing new about that. The UK has always been a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah.
I'm not saying that I want the exact opposite.
