Even with the outcome seemingly correcting the problem there still is the matter of what would have been the outcome if it was a twenty five year old who had been arrested for crack a year ago and not a 92 year old .
False statements and planted drugs they even found a shotgun in the house and discharged it at the door to make it seem as if she had fired on them .
The truth is the police state is already at hand .

Well, if you can use one anecdote and apply it to an entire nation, I guess we can conclude that the entire populace is destined to be basement apartment dwelling low wage earning complainers.

What, dirty cops being convicted of their wrongdoings? Seems to me that if the police state was here, cops get away with doing stuff like this. I may be a little slow, but isn't that a sign that the police state is not at hand?

Don't think so.
It's only science and mathematics is advancing with skill and technology.
While living human kind is being left behind with time at loss with the advancement of themselves living in misery out there.
Once the mess can be corrected.
With the advancement of living human kind.
That will no longer be a necessity.
When living human kind be the Superman on planet earth.
At the moment the kryptonite is hurting living human kind living in misery out there.

“As we progress further and further towards a police state is this going to be common events in the future.?”
No… as there will be no investigations into this sort of thing in the future. Police will not be questioned regardless what they do to whom, therefore no charges will be brought and no pleading will be necessary.

You've GOT to be kidding! You think that because police have planted evidence here and there that we are moving closer and closer to a "police state"? I can't get my city to get a motorcycle cop on my street to give tickets to speeding cars, and you're insisting that we're edging closer and closer to a police state? Wouldn't we need MORE police for that? Seems they don't have the manpower to enforce the existing laws, much less worry about what you're doing behind closed doors!

As long as police departments are hooked on the booty from drug confiscations this will probably continue.
