make him feel good about himself. Tell how sexy he is and be specific. What physical features do you like the most, i.e. butt, arms, chest, just make sure its something manly and not something like his eyes. Say "God your ______ is so hot, i just wanna lick it" while rubbing on whatever it is that your talking about. Men are very sensitive when it comes to their ego and you can always lift their spirits when you lift their ego. So the next time he comes home in a bad mood, put something sexy on, not lingerie but like short shorts and a kind of see thru t shirt with no bra, then do wht i told you earlier.

What exactly is "everything" that you have talked about? What type of job does he have? He could be stressed out about that, I know my boyfriend would get very stressed when the work place wasn't so great. Just try to offer your support. Don't hound him with questions because you think you need answers. Just greet him, when he comes home and say "I'm here for you, if you need me." Just the simple little things count. Trust me. You say that everytime things get going good, your husband gets in a bad mood. Is this like during sex or something along those lines. If it is, the stress that he may be dealing with, is probably affecting that part of your relationship. I suggest a little more foreplay or something along those lines. It might make him feel better and it will defineately get his mind off things. Good Luck to you and your husband.

My husband and I have that problem too at times, except it's reversed. I've noticed that he has tried to make me feel better by telling a joke, making me dinner, cleaning up the room. This past weekend we went and saw Shakespeare in the Park and he bought me a rose from one of the vendors and then we took a nice walk through the city and just talked about everything. It helped a lot because we both got things off our chests and now that we understand one another better it's way easier to communicate and talk. Maybe you should try the back rub thing too. Plan an extremely romantic night and see how that goes. Do something that he'll totally love to do.
Good luck and all!

When my bf is frustrated or on-edge (not that often) I give him a back rub, and let him relax. It makes him feel loved and relaxed, and puts him in a good mood. I am sure your hubby has something like that...Also, you might try doing something outside of the box that will stand out in his memory...

Are you just talking? Or, are you listening, too?
Empathy - real 'I respect you as you are and understand why you feel/act as you do' empathy - can do wonders for any relationship at all.
