Is there a way to put videos on youtube like sporting events, concerts etc. on youtube with out haveing them took off? if so tell me please

No. Some copyright holders don't care and will leave it on, especially if it's older stuff that they don't see making much more money from. However, some complain and YouTube has to take them off. I understand that. What I don't understand is why a user's whole account is pulled because some of the things they posted were material that the copyright holders asked to be removed. Why not just remove the videos in question instead of deleting the user's entire account? That's something Yahoo Answers would do.

If it's copyright, then the owner can decide whether to let it be on YouTube.

It will probably stay up longer if the owner doesn't find it - but then, naming it so it's not easy to find, defeats the purpose of making it publicly available. You can give it some obsure name - "generic video" - but then only people you send the link to will see it unless it pops up to someone at random.

Its illegal to do that without permission, but, YouTube has a disclaimer, like many other websites, claiming that they are not responsible for any content, including copyrighted material, put on their website.

i do it all the time and have not got a singal vid taken off because there is no coppy right one some stuff. like if you wach flash vids on like abinloblack sheep it is n ot aganst the law because thy dont have it coppy righted
