Basically I'm looking for a web conference software, with most of the capability of webex (such as live viewing, online writing, online presentation etc) that I'll be able to monitor, record and also control the sessions. I think Skype's etc aren't able to do certain of those function. Thanks!!

Yahoo Geocities has different 3 levels of service from free thru the small business for $9 a month with a domanin name. I've had it for 10 years and am very satisfied with them.

You can try using GoMeetNow web conferencing tool for conducting online meetings. It is easy to use and costs only 12.95 / month, next to free. Plus, it provides similar user experience as WebEx.

GoToMeeting is good - I think better than Webex, but I don't know about recording the sessions. You can record the audio by arranging it with the people who handle the voice part of the conference, but I'm not sure whether you can record what happens visually.
