You could probably get some referrals if you contact the NAAA (National Agricultural Aviation Association). They have many members in all states.

I think you can do that locally but you might need to bring along a government-issued "Proof of Crop." I think Homeland Security wants to be sure you are not a terrorist in a murderous plot.
