are you talking as a supplement or to be used for a diet? if used for a diet you want to take 2 teaspoons with meals

I read in the 6/18 edition of first magazine that you add 1 tsp. of it to a glass of water and drink it before each meal. The acids od the vinegar reduce the speed at which your stomach empties, so you feel full longer. This keeps sugar and carbs from entering your blood stream too fast and prevents insulin spikes (these trigger hungar). There are many other uses for it too.

Just make sure you are getting the organic apple cider vinegar. The processed, pasteurized stuff from the grocery store doesn't have the essential nutrition you are looking to benefit from. I use Bragg's ACV. They also have a book called Bragg's ACV Diet. I recommend it for anything from heartburn to hot flashes to restless leg syndrome.
