Elvis, all the way. Lennon and the Beatles learned a lot by him. Lennon was great, but Elvis had it all.
Unfortunately their lives ended so sadly for both.. that's the only thing to be sorry about. As for the music, they're both legends, one after another.
But Elvis had it started, he had style, was original and before him, there was nothing. Before Lennon, there was Elvis.
