I want to just remove safely, to apply new vinyl. I will not be able to repaint any base (metal, aluminum) so sanding is out.
Is there any sure way? Hot high pressure washer? Solutions?
Again, the RV skin cannot be damaged at all. Please help.

3M makes a decal remover that is used in body shops to remove that old wood grain...try your local body shop supply...I have removed large decals off of the side of commercial trucks before and it did an excellent job. Good luck!

Try to remove as much as possible with a razor blade. Like skinning an animal. Next try scotchbrite pads, (sold at wal-mart in cleaning section). Then follow up with goof-off, its made to take of stickers and adhesives.

and what was question on 5th wheel?
