...I'm right handed and I place the narrow part on the left.....Every body else in the house puts the narrow part to the right!
So is it me ..... or all of them!!!!!!

right handed and narrow to the left. That way the larger surface area is on the same side as the hand you iron with.

Left its just easier that way, I tried both ways n found left is better, I am right handed too.

I don't iron. I put everything in the dryer to straighten it out.

it really doesn't matter to me, i am ambidextrous.
besides, i use one of those steamer irons, so i don't even need an ironing board.
