I use household fairy soap on all stains and its brill! better than any of shop bought stain removers i have tried. Just rub on stain, then wash as usual

If the stain is oily, then try rubbing baby powder into it and if that fails, try using dish soap on the area that has the stain.

I can suggest you try with your own washing up liquid. add a small amount to the stain , rub in with your fingers. Now pop into your washing machine on a 40ºc normal wash.
