if you got into accident and that car is in finiance then you should have full coverage
then insurance company will take care of it
they will givee you the price of the car before the accident
if you r not paying for the car anymore then you will be in serios trouble
they can sue you
they can gice that to collection agency and they will froxze all accounts and that will mess up your credit
be real careful

The bank and finacial people required you to have full coverage insurance. If you failed to matain full coverage your credit will be ruined the bank or loan company will come after your assets and get a judgement aginst you. Insurance is there to keep this from happening. if you had insurance it would have paid out to help pay the balance that is what its for, and considering you had a loan on it you were required to have full coverage. as for not paying them even know its totaled they can still ruin your credit and send collectors after you and probably garnish your wages. take the insurance and pay off the loan.

If you had insurance, they take the check.

No insurance, they sue you for the balance and in some states garnish your paycheck.
