I have a idea I would like to prototype. How do I find someone to design and prototype the idea?

Specifically, I am looking for someone who can design the idea in autocad and someone who can do injection molding for the prototype. I live in Atlanta. Does anyone know where I can get this service?
How much should I expect to spend. on the autocad design?
How much could the prototype cost?
(I imagine the the level of complexity is low to moderate)
