Your half birthday is at the six month mark from your real birthday.
So six months from Nov 6 is May 6.
My son, born on Jan 4, just had his half-birthday on July 4.
I don't know how tall 154 cm is, so I can't answer your question about whter that's short or not. But if everyone your age is taller than you, then maybe you are short. Of course, depending on your age, you might still have time to catch up.

I'm guessing May 6th. That's about 5 ft tall for us Americans. My wife is 5 ft 5" or 165 centimeters for anyone not American. I think she is about average height. So depending on your age you might be slightly vertically challenged. I'm not sure why I answered this question.
