I have no idea what it takes.
All I know is on my deleted account I went to bed one night and in the morning it was there.
Also though, I was answering Q's one day and then looked and POOF it was gone so who knows.
If it was up to me you'd have one already, but I think you are worth more than an orange badge anyway

know what you mean as I had one earlier then was away for a period of time and lost it. not a big deal though.
