Get some heavy duty bathroom towels and push them down on the cushions to get a majority of the water out and put the cushions outside to dry fully...

Actually the better plan is to set them up in the bathtub or where ever, let them drain and be patiend. All the water will run to the bottom allowing the upper end to dry and eventually the whole thing will be dry. You would have to apply heat in a dryer to "dry" the foam and this could result in fire or melted foam so that is not suggested.

Try to squeeze out as much water as you can. Then throw them in the dryer if they will fit.

If not, put them outside in direct sunlight. Get them off the ground as best you can. Stand them up on a chair or something.

squeeze all the water you can out of them and place them in the sunlight to dry.. if there is a zipper on them .. NEXT time unzip them and just wash the outer laying.. but put them back on damp.. dont dry them because that will shrink them and you want be able to put them back on.. i did that one time and they never fit again..and out in the sunlight they go once again

PUT THEM IN THE DRYER BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL OF THE WATER OUT OF THE CUSHIONS FIRST

If they will fit, use air dry in the dryer, or place in the sun.
