I am sorry you have a headache!! :(
I too have a headache--and about two weeks ago I had a migraine that lasted for about 4 days and that SUCKS!!
Go lie down, turn off all the lights, take your preferred medicine and some soothing music, a cold wash cloth on the temples, and feel better! =)

Ah I'm sorry! My headaches last for 3 to 4 days (mine are due to a head injury) when they come on and nothing seems to really get rid of them, I just have to ride it out but..... here are a couple of things that help me get through. Take Advil gel caps, every 4 hours if you don't have something better (rx) cuddle up in a dark, cool room with a cool cloth over your eyes and try to stay away from noise (t.v. music, rowdy kids : ) And try to get someone to give you a light message, shoulders, neck and light touch around your face. Stay off of the chocolate and caffiene, a cup of herbal tea while your relaxing is nice. Best of luck to you, fellow sufferer!

I had a nasty sinus headache last Friday, which is why I made up for it by drinking on Saturday.

2 weeks ago... I was on vacation in Santo Domingo. It was on a Friday afternooon. My brother finished playing baseball and everyone decided to go to the beach & the pool.

I had one last Thurs. It felt like something was pressing on my forehead and pulling the top of my head apart. Maybe you should check with your doctor to see if you have migraines.

i have a headache every time i go outside....it's 40 degrees you can boil water by leaving it in the sun

i had one for the first 18 years of my life, then i moved out. then i had another one for 6 years, but we broke up. then i had one on and off for another 6 years, but for the past year i've been okay
