i think it would depend on how you define religion, if as a set organized way to practice a belief, that you then label and name, perhaps no,
if you view religion as your basic core belief system, then maybe yes
i guess we cant really know

If you are a free thinker then you will admit that the very logic of your question can also be questioned, for this question is to be asked only if you believe in God. And if you do believe in God then I have to disagree that He has no religion. The question, however, is what you or me have, or what we haven’t?
But if taken purely philosophically, the question necessitates that first we should understand what religion is for the one who believe: religion here, in my understanding, is a way to establish a link between ones own being and God Almighty, the Best and the Being Supreme. And if we believe in God then we also believe that we are His creation and just the way He created us He also created religion for us. So by this logic God has His religion only that that religion is for us, His creation.

Many people believe in a Supreme Being capable of creating the intricacies of the sub-atomic to vastness of the galaxies. They believe this Supreme Being designed life in all its diversity, and the universe in its infinite unknowable majesty.
Many of the same people also believe this same ineffably creative and powerful Supreme Being gets upset if we don't slaughter animals in a particularly disgusting way, or if two people of the same sex fall in love with one another, or if women go out in public without being covered head to foot, or if a man puts a little rubber sock on the end of his penis, or if he doesn't grow a beard, or eat during daylight at certain times in our planet's solar cycle... and so on, ad nauseum.
Not only has God no religion, you can bet your life It will not be so petty, narrow minded, misogynistic, misanthropic, manically obsessive or vain as so many religions and religious people claim.
I think the Supreme Being might just be a bit bigger than all that.

That is so true. God is omnipresent, omniscent, and in everyone's heart.
Even though different religion believe in different religion, there is only one God who listen to all the people praying.
If people would try to understand this there would be no war because of religion in this world.

I think God has no religion because religion is for man and how he chooses to woriship God. God cannot worship himself but instead creates us and since we are a part of God, God does worship himself through us but through our human nature reflecting on what God is.

I agree.
He doesn't need one, in fact he doesn't need anything, he already has everything.
But since religion is just the organised worship of a god or gods, then God would be worshipping himself if he did have a religion.
